About the Role We are seeking someone who wants to work in a central and business-driven role where you build relationships and match people with the right solutions. You will be part of a dedicated team working towards clear goals and collectively responsible for creating a smooth and efficient process for our customers. Your main responsibilities will include: • Handling incoming inquiries and requests via digital systems • Performing outreach contact via telephone to ensure high quality and process efficiency • Booking and coordinating meetings and viewings • Collaborating closely with local teams to ensure good results • Supporting administrative tasks and documentation in the process • Actively participating in meetings and contributing ideas for development and improvement • Working towards set goals and KPIs • Continuously visiting operational areas and participating in on-site work The position is a full-time assignment for 6 months with the possibility of extension. Working hours are during office hours, Monday to Friday, with desired start immediately or by agreement. Important for the position: • Good skills in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing • Knowledge of other languages is meritorious (Arabic is highly meritorious) • B driver's license is required to travel to different locations within the assignment, and access to own car is meritorious • Experience with customer contact, sales, or work in goal-focused roles is meritorious We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
