With decades of experience and a steadfast commitment to quality, reliability, and sustainability, we are now expanding into Sweden — and seeking a strategic, results-driven Business Director Nordics to lead this exciting growth journey. Your Mission Your primary objective will be to establish and grow Re-Tech’s presence in Sweden. You will identify and engage new customers, secure strategic projects, and build a robust local footprint. Acting as a cultural and operational bridge between Sweden and Finland, you will ensure seamless collaboration and long-term success. Key Responsibilities · Develop and implement a market entry and growth strategy for Sweden. · Identify and nurture relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders. · Lead business development initiatives to secure new projects and increase market share. · Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. · Represent Re-Tech Nordics AB at industry events and professional forums. · Collaborate closely with Re-Tech Oy’s leadership to align regional and group strategies. What You Bring · A university degree (minimum Bachelor’s) in business, engineering, or a related discipline. · At least 10 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 4 years in leadership or business development roles within the Nordic region. · Demonstrated success in both Swedish and Finnish markets, with a deep understanding of local business cultures. · A well-established network in the renewable energy sector across Finland and Sweden. · Strong capabilities in customer relationship management (CRM) and partner business planning and development. · Extensive connections within the energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors. · A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to execution. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. · Experience managing full-cycle projects — from lead generation and bidding to delivery. · Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese is essential.
