Your Responsibilities
• Develop and Manage Your Own Sales Area Linked to Our Entire Product Portfolio, Focusing on Cycle Products and Proactive Sales
• Plan and Coordinate Seasonal Spreading and Customer Rotation with Focus on Lime, Sludge, and Biofertilizer in Close Collaboration with Logistics and Production
• Build and Nurture Long-Term Customer Relationships, from First Contact to Quotation, Negotiation, and Business Follow-Up
• Engage Industrial Actors in Soil, Excavation, and Side Streams, Participate in Trade Fairs, Customer Events, and Local Marketing Initiatives
• Customer Follow-Up with Responsibility for Profitability, Customer Satisfaction, and Documentation in Company's CRM System
• Work Commercially with Budget, Forecasts, and Tracking of Volumes and Margins, Contributing to a Clear Picture of Development in Your Area
Important to Know
The Role Involves Regular Travel and Some Overnight Stays. You Work Independently but Always Maintain Close Contact with Your Team. Full-Time Position, Reporting to Central Region Sales Manager.
Expectations
We Seek Someone Who is Curious, Self-Driven, and Business-Oriented. You Have a Clear Drive, Are Structured, and Comfortable Working Independently in the Field. Previous Sales Experience is Required. You Are Accustomed to Making Contact, Building Relationships, and Closing Deals, Preferably in Agriculture or Similar.
Practical or Theoretical Understanding of Agriculture is Essential, Through Personal Experience or Agricultural Education. You Are Digitally Savvy, Comfortable with Travel, and Thrive in an Environment Where Change, Entrepreneurship, and Initiative Are Everyday Occurrences. Experience with Lime, Fertilizer, or REVAQ is Advantageous.
