About this role

Biototal Norden AB is Growing! Seize the Opportunity to Develop Circular Businesses as Our New Business Manager. Want to Make a Difference – and Grow with Us? Biototal is expanding and seeking Business Managers for the Central Region! Here, you'll be a key player in a company leading circular economy development. As a Business Manager, you'll have significant responsibility and autonomy – while contributing to more sustainable agriculture through lime, sludge, and bio-fertilizers. We are business-driven, reliable, and believe in the power of collaboration, both internally and with our customers. We combine entrepreneurial spirit with clear goals and an open work environment. Does this sound like you? Great. Apply today and become part of the future of agriculture! Your Employment Offer As a Business Manager, you'll not only get a field-intensive and independent role at the forefront of agriculture, but also enjoy generous terms. We offer a company car, private healthcare insurance, wellness allowance, 30 days of vacation, and flexibility to partially work remotely. You'll be covered by collective agreements with security and pension solutions (ITP1, parental leave, AGS, TGL, etc.), and have access to modern equipment for efficient work in the field and office. Your Responsibilities • Develop and manage your own sales area related to our entire product portfolio, focusing on circular products and their proactive sales. • Plan and coordinate seasonal activities, spreading, and customer rotation with a focus on lime, sludge, and bio-fertilizers in close collaboration with logistics and production. • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, from initial contact to quotation, negotiation, and business follow-up. • Engage with industrial actors in soil, excavation, and side streams, and participate in trade shows, customer events, and local marketing initiatives. • Customer follow-up with responsibility for profitability, customer satisfaction, and documentation in the company's CRM system. Work business-oriented with budget, forecasts, and tracking of volumes and margins, contributing to a clear picture of development in your area. Worth Knowing The role involves regular travel and some overnight stays. You'll work independently but always maintain close contact with your team. The position is full-time, and you'll report to the Central Region Sales Manager. You'll become an important part of a growing company with the goal of tripling turnover within a few years, where each employee has significant impact. As a Business Manager, you have a clear mandate to conduct business negotiations and enter customer agreements within given frameworks. You'll have great freedom in your work, but also the responsibility to ensure your decisions align with the company's guidelines and overall goals. Our Expectations We're seeking someone curious, self-driven, and business-oriented. You have a clear drive, are structured, and comfortable working independently in the field. We want someone with previous sales experience. You're accustomed to making contact, building relationships, and closing deals, preferably in agriculture or a similar sector. Practical or theoretical understanding of agriculture is essential for success in the role, for example through personal experience or education as an agricultural specialist. Additionally, you're digitally proficient, comfortable with travel, and thrive in an environment where change, entrepreneurship, and initiative are everyday occurrences. Experience with lime, fertilizer, or REVAQ is meritorious. Interested? Recruitment is in collaboration with TNG, specialists in competence-based and unbiased recruitment, staffing, and interim solutions. We look forward to receiving your application with CV or LinkedIn profile, without a cover letter, through our simple application form. Note that we cannot accept applications via email, but you're always welcome to email the recruiter with questions. After submitting your application, we will anonymize your personal information and ask you to complete a few recruitment tests before making an initial assessment.
