Our mission is about building for the future while taking care of what we already have," says Esbjörn Johansson, VP, Operations & Maintenance Sweden. About the Role As Production Manager, you will be a key person in the effort to develop and future-proof Adven's facilities. You will be responsible for managing existing contracts while driving the long-term development of the facilities based on changes in legislation, customer needs, and technological advancements. In your geographical area, there are two operations and maintenance managers and a total of approximately 50 employees. Adven Sweden operates throughout the country, but it is preferable for you to be based in Dalarna, as most of the operations in your area are located there. You have an engineering background, experience in project management, and thrive in an environment where structure and processes are keys to success. We would like you to have experience leading other leaders. You are fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written. You are planning, analytical, and collaborative – a person who makes things happen through a process-oriented approach with order, dialogue, and determination. This is a role for someone who builds sustainable development step by step in close collaboration with other stakeholders.
