**The Role**
As an Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, setting up, optimizing, and following up on our digital campaigns across multiple channels. You will work closely with our content and social media team, transforming data into results through smart advertising.
You will:
- Capture insights from the data.
- Test and scale winning ads.
- Ensure that our messages resonate – right channel, right audience, right time.
**Your Responsibilities**
- **Paid Media:** Set up, optimize, and analyze ads on Google, Meta, and TikTok.
- **Campaign Strategy:** Develop funnels, A/B tests, and retargeting flows that drive leads and conversions.
- **Content Collaboration:** Work closely with our video and social media team to develop engaging ad materials.
- **SEO & Website Optimization:** Contribute to strengthening and optimizing our websites.
**We are looking for someone who**
- Has experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Understands SEO and web optimization.
- Is both strategic and creative – able to analyze data while simultaneously testing new ideas.
