Adolfsbergsskolan started in August 2018 in Mariehäll/Bromma.
We are currently a preschool-6th grade school with approximately 400 students.
At Adolfsbergsskolan, committed and driven staff work together. We enjoy being able to influence the pedagogical direction and help create the school of the future. Those of us working here are flexible and creative in meeting the challenges of a relatively new school.
Your Role
You will work as a substitute teacher during the parental leave of the regular teacher for the 2025/2026 school year. Working as a teacher offers unique and significant opportunities to influence and contribute to students' learning and development. As a teacher, you contribute to creating a positive and developmental environment, with a good balance of learning at school and in after-school care for each student and the entire student group. You will do this by being responsible for pedagogical work according to the preschool and primary school curriculum.
Our pedagogical activities are based on an exploratory approach and student participation. Using tools such as observation, documentation, and reflection, we make students' learning processes visible. We also see pedagogical documentation as an integral part of our systematic quality work and organizational development.
You have knowledge and an idea of how to work with your colleagues to realize the curriculum's goals and core values. Your student focus is clear and reflected in your daily approach. You have knowledge of how to make and further develop students' learning processes through pedagogical documentation. You have a strong drive to keep the development of the pedagogical environment alive.
Your Competence and Experience
We are seeking licensed teachers for preschool-3rd grade. You have experience and knowledge from the profession. Computer skills and good Swedish language skills in speech and writing are required. We will place great importance on personal qualities.
In your professional role, you are engaged, professional, and initiative-taking. You are also responsible and structured, with a good ability to plan and prioritize your work effectively. Your collaborative skills are excellent, and you easily build relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You handle conflicts in a sensitive and constructive manner. Furthermore, you have good communication skills, both oral and written. You enjoy sharing your experiences and knowledge while being open to new working methods.
