Description
We are seeking two service-oriented and flexible administrators who thrive in a role with varied tasks and many contact points.
With us, you will become an important part of the administrative team at the Unit for Administrative Support and Service, a unit that leads, develops, and coordinates the work of the administration's administrative processes, systems, and system support. We are part of the central administration, which is currently in an exciting phase of change with the goal of strengthening collaboration, holistic perspective, and understanding of core operations.
Work Tasks
As an administrator, you provide support to managers and employees, as well as to core operations. Assignments can vary and include, among others:
- Support managers with personnel administrative matters, such as employment, absence, and payroll documentation.
- Handle purchases, orders, and invoices according to current agreements.
- Coordinate networks for school administrators and provide advice and support.
- Responsible for IT-related administration – telephony, computers, subscriptions, and permissions.
- Manage and sort incoming digital cases.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
- Has post-secondary education relevant to the position.
- Has several years of experience in qualified administrative work.
- Has experience providing administrative support to managers.
- Is familiar with working in various IT systems (e.g., Personec, Proceedo, ServiceNow).
- Expresses themselves very well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
- Has good digital competence.
It is meritorious if you have:
- Experience with personnel administration, purchasing, and invoice management.
- Experience with IT-related administration, such as telephony or permission management.
