Administrator to Psykea in Gothenburg

Psykea is seeking a service-oriented and detail-oriented administrator for the psychology and psychiatry operations in Gothenburg and digitally. You will become an important part of an engaged team where you work to create structure, continuity, and excellent service for both clients and colleagues. About the Role The role is diverse and developmental, where you collaborate closely with psychiatrists and psychologists in a knowledge-focused environment at the forefront of the field. The work primarily takes place on-site in central Gothenburg but also involves remote work. We are looking for someone who: • Is service-oriented, structured, meticulous, and flexible • Is skilled at meeting and engaging with people • Has strong verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English • Possesses good digital competence. It is a merit if you have experience working in psychiatry and hold a valid B driver's license. The tasks may include: • Patient administration – scheduling appointments, reception duties, managing patient records, and communicating with patients • Documentation – record keeping and secure handling of confidential materials • IT and digital support – working with medical record systems, digital tools, and data analysis for statistics and quality monitoring • Support for healthcare staff – transcribing, scheduling, and financial management • Development work – participating in the development of routines and projects for more efficient healthcare processes • Other duties – providing assistance with sampling and testing and supporting the organization in daily operations. Scope and Working Method From two days a week with the possibility for extension and some flexibility regarding workdays. The position involves both on-site work in Gothenburg and remote work. About Psykea Psykea is a knowledge-driven organization with psychologists and psychiatrists working in close collaboration.
