The Department of Social Care, with approximately 1275 employees, includes five operational areas. These are ordinary housing, special housing, LSS and social psychiatry, health and medical services, and short-term accommodations, as well as management support. The position will be located within Administrative Support, and your closest colleagues will be part of the department's shared administration group. In this role, you will work on your own assignments, including housing coordination, reception work which includes tasks such as mail handling, orders, welcoming visitors, etc., administering the department's inventory, and medical technical products. The work is both operational and developmental, where you, together with your immediate colleagues, contribute to improving and streamlining the department's administrative routines. You will collaborate with colleagues and managers at the administrative office, unit managers, as well as other internal and external stakeholders. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has: • Relevant education and/or experience. • Good knowledge of relevant legislation within social services and LSS. • Strong computer skills and the ability to work in various digital systems. • Excellent ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing. A B driving license is a requirement.
