Job Description As an administrator, you are a central part of the organization and contribute to smooth office operations. You are responsible for document management and document registration, ensuring premises are well-organized, ordering materials, and maintaining contact with landlords, property technicians, and craftspeople. The role also includes receiving deliveries, managing computer and equipment distribution, and overseeing service vehicles and bicycles. The work is varied and can occasionally involve a high-paced environment, with some work at the Varberg office. We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, collaborative, and enjoys a role with many points of contact. You are structured, proactive, and focus on solutions rather than problems. To succeed in the role, you need to be comfortable with digital communication and collaboration tools and have the ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions. Our Offer This is a permanent full-time position that may start with a six-month probationary period. The location is Halmstad, with occasional work at the Varberg office. Basic Job Requirements - Approved high school education - Experience in administration and document management - Proficient user of communication digital tools - Proficient user of MS Office - Good Swedish language skills in both speech and writing - Valid driver's license (B-license) Additional Merits - Experience with record-keeping, minute-taking, and Sharepoint - Current experience in public sector work - Experience with orders and delivery management Significant emphasis will be placed on personal suitability for the role.
