About this role

About the Position We are seeking an experienced part-time administrator for the Swedish Accounting Standards Board. In this administrative role, you will support the secretariat with a wide range of administrative tasks. It is important that you are accustomed to handling multiple parallel work tasks, have broad administrative skills, and experience working with various IT systems. The role also involves ongoing contact with the State Service Center and the Financial Supervisory Authority, with whom the Accounting Standards Board (BFN) shares office space on Sveavägen. The position includes the following work tasks: • Perform record keeping in the Lex system • Manage salaries and fees in Primula • Handle invoice management in Proceedo • Administer board meetings (distribution, venue booking, member compensation, etc.) • Be responsible for templates and document management • Perform administration related to archives and library • Assist with website administration as needed Assignment Period and Scope: The administrative position is a part-time consultant assignment starting as soon as possible and is expected to continue until 2026-12-31. Occasional remote work is possible by agreement with the Head of Secretariat. Requirements for the Position: • High school diploma or equivalent education • Excellent skills in MS Office or equivalent • At least three (3) years of work experience as an administrator/assistant • Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing To be considered in the process, your CV must clearly demonstrate that all above requirements are met. About You We are seeking a self-driven and service-oriented administrator who enjoys varied work tasks and has experience working with different IT systems. You are structured, meticulous, and easy to collaborate with, while also taking initiative and proactively driving work forward. The role is suitable for someone who appreciates working in a small organization with a familial atmosphere, with close contact with the Head of Secretariat and other colleagues. About the Accounting Standards Board The Accounting Standards Board (BFN) is a government administrative authority. The agency's task is to promote the development of good accounting practices by issuing general guidelines, guidance, and information materials on bookkeeping and accounting. BFN works to improve the standard of corporate accounting and contribute to clear and user-friendly rules. The agency is small and consists of a tightly-knit secretariat of approximately 5-8 employees, located at Sveavägen 44 in Stockholm. To ensure a competency-based recruitment, we will use work psychological tests in this process. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
