We are now looking for a service-oriented and driven administrator for our Electrical & Ventilation department in Örebro. **About the Job**
As an administrator at Bravida, you will support your department with administrative and finance-related tasks, including invoicing and project finance. You will belong to the Electrical & Ventilation department and act as a central hub. You will have daily contact with your colleagues and work closely with project/service leaders and branch managers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing invoicing and customer reconciliations
- Conducting ongoing financial analyses, project forecasts, and reports
- Assisting with orders such as workwear, office supplies, etc.
- Registering, archiving, and sorting documents
- Supporting employees, including registration of time reports
- Handling other administrative tasks, such as compiling sickness absence statistics and managing the personnel administration system
- Supporting project leaders/service leaders and branch managers with finance and administration related to projects.
**Who Are You?**
We are looking for someone with a background in finance and previous experience in administrative work. You are service-oriented and responsible for carrying out every task with high quality and precision. You are flexible, possess high personal maturity, integrity, and an ability to take initiative. Interacting with others in a pleasant and professional manner comes naturally to you.
**Qualifications**
- Education in finance
- Experience in administrative work
- Proficient in computer and system skills, particularly within the Office suite with a focus on Excel
- Beneficial experience in the industry and with systems such as Handyman, Agda SharePoint, and Agresso
