We are currently seeking a structured and service-oriented administrative star for a global private equity company with an office in central Stockholm. You will play a key role in supporting a team of specialists and contributing to the smooth operation of the office in daily activities.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will have broad administrative responsibilities and be an important part of ensuring the office runs smoothly. Your tasks will include, among others:
• Providing administrative support to a team
• Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and planning travel
• Handling expense reporting and invoice management
• Welcoming visitors and staffing the reception
• Coordinating meetings, conference rooms, and office logistics
• Keeping the kitchen, conference rooms, and office areas organized
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with 2–5 years of experience in administrative work within a professional environment. You are fluent in both Swedish and English, have strong skills in MS Office, and are familiar with digital meeting tools. You are structured, solution-oriented, and have a knack for collaboration. Experience with systems such as Nexonia, Zoom, and DealCloud is a plus but not a requirement.
