Welcome to the Social Administration. The mission of the Social Administration is to provide good care and support, as well as to conduct activities that enable individuals to live an independent and active life. The Social Administration (SCF) is led by a director and is divided into four departments: SCF Support, Child and Youth Authority, Child and Youth Interventions, and Adult Services. Do you want to be responsible for coordinating, archiving, and the digital development of the Social Administration's archives in close collaboration with colleagues and the city archive? Then you might be the right person for us at SCF Support! SCF Support consists of three units: Service and Administration, Strategic Support, and Operational Support, and is led by a head of support. As the administration's work with digitization has developed and increased in recent years, a new unit for digital operational development will be established on January 1st. This unit will contribute to ensuring that the administration has efficient operational processes where digital solutions are used for automation or innovation. The unit will also help create an accessible Social Administration with digital services that meet the increasing expectations and needs of residents. The unit for digital operational development is located in Uppsala Municipality's city hall. Mission of SCF Support: We work together with core operations to ensure that the administration succeeds in its mission and we increase political impact. We work systematically towards set goals with the value foundation as our starting point. Description of Responsibilities In the role of administrative coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the work with the Social Administration's archive management. You will also work as an archive representative for the Child and Youth Authority department. Thus, you will serve as both archive coordinator and archive representative. You will oversee and implement archiving according to the information management plan. You will also be responsible for coordinating the Social Administration's work with the Social Board's information management plan. You will participate in the digital development of the Social Administration's archives, collaborating closely with colleagues within your unit, other archive representatives in the administration, and the city archive. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has a high school education and training in archive management. The position requires at least two years of experience working as an archive representative. If you have training in public administration or any form of administrative education, this is considered an advantage. It is beneficial if you have worked as an archive coordinator within public administration. As a person, you take initiative and start activities while achieving results. Furthermore, you take responsibility for your tasks, structure your approach independently, and drive your processes forward. The job suits you if you work well with others, relate to them in a responsive and smooth manner, and listen, communicate, and resolve conflicts constructively. We also see that you are calm, attentive, and accommodating in your interactions. You have the interest, willingness, and ability to help others and strive to deliver solutions.
