Job Description
This is the role for someone who enjoys order, details, and numbers within sports and property matters.
As an administrative coordinator at the Culture and Leisure Administration in Huddinge, you will be part of the unit's management team together with 3 colleagues and the unit manager. Together, we lead the work of 31 committed employees operating throughout Huddinge Municipality.
Our mission has a strong focus on premises and property issues, and you will strengthen the administrative support within the management team, focusing on finance, facility matters, digitalization, and procurement.
You will work in the municipality's various digital systems to gather facts and data for analyses and reporting, with a focus on numbers and details within these focus areas.
The work includes many different administrative tasks. You will work on orders, deliveries, supplier invoices, accounting, and follow-up in the financial system.
You will take minutes at meetings and prepare factual documentation for operational and financial reporting. We have a large vehicle and machinery fleet as well as a substantial inventory. You will also prepare documentation for investment and maintenance plans and work on ongoing follow-up.
You will work on the unit's digitalization efforts, including being system responsible and leading the implementation of a new work order system. As a representative of the unit's management team, you will be a good role model based on the municipality's and administration's shared values.
Together with your colleagues, you will work towards a sustainable and cost-effective operation with high quality for our municipal residents.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a completed high school education and experience working in financial systems in a similar administrative role. You have experience preparing documentation and facts for financial analyses. We prefer candidates with some form of post-secondary education that the employer deems relevant. You have excellent Swedish language skills, both verbal and written.
You enjoy working with people and have a genuine ability to provide service. With a solution-oriented and committed approach, you will help maintain good relationships with associations, schools, the public, and property owners. You curiously "drill down" into details, gather facts, and then present the results in a pedagogical manner. You also have the ability to understand context and operations through your work with details, numbers, and facts. You flexibly navigate between different focus areas and can quickly prepare data and facts for analysis. The work requires personal drive and the ability to adapt tasks to assignments and deadlines.
