About the role
In this role, you will play a central part in our daily operations. You will work closely with management and contribute to building our administrative processes from the ground up. The tasks will vary but will particularly focus on finance, payroll, and general administration.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing payroll and recording hours
• Assisting with bookkeeping and financial reconciliations
• Preparing and following up on invoices
• Supporting management with various administrative tasks
• Contributing to the optimization of internal processes
We envision that you:
• Have experience or a strong interest in finance and payroll
• Are structured, detail-oriented, and responsible
• Can work independently but also thrive in close collaboration with others
• Speak and write fluent Danish – and preferably English
