**About the Position**
In this role, you will be a central part of the customer service team and work closely with both the sales and bidding teams to ensure that customers receive prompt and accurate support. You will be responsible for managing quotes, order administration, and bidding processes, while also serving as an important internal contact point.
This is a short-term assignment running from December 15 to January 9, 2026.

**Responsibilities**
In this role, you will primarily work with:
- Providing full and effective support to the bidding and sales teams
- Managing the preparation and administration of quotes and orders
- Preparing quotes in SAP for spare parts and/or consumables
- Monitoring bidding/tender pages and informing the sales team
- Ensuring that deadlines are met and that documentation is handled correctly
- Serving as backup for colleagues in customer service during training periods within the organization
**Qualifications**
For this role, we are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in customer service/administration
- Has very good system skills, including Word, Excel, and CRM systems
- Is able to read and understand bidding and procurement documents
- Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Has strong communication skills
- Enjoys customer contact and is very customer-oriented
