The operations of the Faculty of Engineering (LTH) at Campus Helsingborg consist of three engineering programs, a technical foundation year, and research activities within logistics, commerce, and risk research.

The workplace is characterized by an informal proximity between teachers, students, and administrative staff. Currently, the administrative team consists of two employees and one responsible for the campus. The closest colleagues work in student guidance and other student-focused tasks. Today, about 10 people have their permanent workplace in Helsingborg, but in total, over 50 people work one or more days a week at Helsingborg. Over the coming years, Campus Helsingborg will be renovated, upgraded, and rebuilt, which will change and improve the conditions for conducting operations on campus.
We are now seeking an administrative coordinator who will act as a link between the LTH administration office and the departments located at Campus Helsingborg.

As an administrative coordinator, you will serve as the examination coordinator for exams held at Campus. This means you will be responsible for the entire examination management process, from creating a schedule for the exams to:
This work will be carried out in close dialogue with the HR department, teachers, the departments, and the exam invigilators. This role will also involve planning examinations in Lund for LTH students who have a decision regarding pedagogical support.
Additional administrative tasks may arise based on the needs of the operations.

The position is based at Campus Helsingborg but may also involve work at LTH Lund.
The employment is a temporary position with a scope of 50 percent. Start date is in November 2025 or as agreed.
