About this role
Job Description
Are you looking for a broad and varied role where you can take responsibility, work closely with the business, and be a key person in daily operations? We are seeking a meticulous and solution-oriented administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being close to the business.
About the Role
As an administrative coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the entire flow of our auction assignments, from the moment an assignment comes in until the deal is closed and the vehicle is delivered.
You will register assignments in our systems, request purchase quotes, and plan vehicle pickup. After the sale, you will manage the subsequent administrative process, including payment flows, ownership transfers, and document handling. You will work in our internal systems and the Swedish Transport Agency's e-services, ensuring all steps are handled correctly and on time.
The role also involves following up on payments and maintaining client account records. If you have an interest in finance, there is an opportunity to take on more responsibility in these areas and collaborate more closely with the company's external accounting consultant.
Since we are a small team, everyone helps out where needed. This may sometimes involve accompanying vehicle pickups or supporting other practical aspects of the business. It is a role with significant responsibility and variety, perfect for someone who likes to work systematically but isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who is thorough, responsible, and enjoys juggling multiple tasks. You are experienced in administrative work, preferably with various systems and Excel, and you quickly adapt to new routines.
Background in the automotive industry is advantageous but not required. Most important are your personality, commitment, and willingness to contribute. You thrive in an environment where days differ and where you can work closely with the business. We believe you have previously worked in an administrative role at a small company where you had responsibility for multiple process areas. You appreciate order and structure, as well as being in the midst of business activities.
We prefer candidates who live in Stockholm's Northern Suburbs or Uppsala and can work on-site. A B driver's license is required, and a C license is an additional merit.
We Offer
You'll become part of an established company with extensive experience in car auctions and used vehicle sales. There is strong commitment and genuine business drive, combined with a familiar and helpful atmosphere.
This is a high-energy environment with much enthusiasm for doing business, where everyone works towards the same goals. Simultaneously, it is a considerate workplace where people help each other regardless of role.
With us, you can combine administration, service, and responsibility in an entrepreneurial environment where your contribution makes a difference every day.
About the Company
Our client is a well-established player in car auctions and a market leader. They broker used vehicles through their own digital platform and offer comprehensive solutions for customers, including services like repair, reconditioning, testing, transport, financing, insurance, and warranty.
