Liljeholmens Gymnasium is a school with a language introduction program (IMS) and an individual alternative (IMA).
The school has continuous enrollment for the language introduction program throughout the year. We provide Swedish as a second language instruction for newly arrived youth aged 16-19. Here, over 300 students speak 50 different languages. The foundation of our work is responsibility, respect, and collaboration. We are a school that places both students and staff at the center. This means we believe we perform best when we collaborate with each other. We learn together and grow together.

Your role
Your assignment involves being responsible for the school's finances, including budgeting, monitoring, and forecasting. You will provide strategic support to the principal on issues related to financial management and operational analysis. Local issues, IT-related matters, as well as the development of administrative processes and routines are also part of your responsibilities. As the administrative manager, you will have personnel and work environment responsibilities for a small group of administrative staff. Teaching and/or scheduling may also be required.
The school's management team currently consists of the principal and an assistant principal, where we together are responsible for planning, monitoring, and developing the operations. Your role is an important support function for the school's main mission – the learning of the students.
Your qualifications and experience
We are looking for someone who has:
- A university degree in finance or another relevant field, or equivalent knowledge acquired through experience
- Relevant administrative work experience and solid knowledge in finance
- Good digital competence and the ability to work in various systems
- Strong ability to express oneself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
It is advantageous if you have:
- Experience in financial monitoring and budgeting
- Experience with the City of Stockholm's financial and administrative systems (Agresso, Hypergene, E-dok, LISA, among others)
- Experience as an IT contact person (ITKP) and with the scheduling program Skola24
- Leadership/management experience.
