ABOUT THE POSITION
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for our client's marketing team. The position is part-time, approximately 16 hours per week, starting immediately and initially extending to March 2026, with good chances for extension.

RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will assist the marketing team with a range of ongoing marketing tasks and administrative duties, from managing product-related documentation and samples to coordinating events and preparing presentations, ensuring a smooth workflow in daily operations.
Your tasks will include:
* Product administration with related adjustments to the company's products
* Handling of statistical files, product samples, and presentations
* Coordination and planning of events and product launches
* Marketing reporting and analysis
* Sending and receiving product samples along with related administration
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has excellent proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written, as these languages are used in daily work
- Is proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Has good data and system skills
- Is studying at a post-secondary level and will graduate no earlier than June 2026 or has another main occupation of at least 50%
It is an advantage if you:
- Have basic knowledge of Spanish
- Are studying marketing, communication, or another field we consider equivalent
