You will belong to the Emergency and Foster Homes area, as well as short-term stay within the Social Administration, Social Support. The area is responsible for support for placed children as well as emergency and foster homes. Within the area, there are also LSS services in the form of short-term homes and LSS camps. Today, there are two short-term homes, Drömmen and Navet, with approximately 10 and 6 employees, respectively.
The short-term home Drömmen is located in Hagsätra and is aimed at youth and adults aged 12 and older with intellectual disabilities and/or autism, who, according to LSS, are entitled to short-term stays outside their own home. Many of our service users have extensive functional variations and significant support needs. Our operations are cross-municipal.

Your role
As an administrative assistant, you will have overall responsibility for the administration of Drömmen’s short-term home and work closely with the administrators at Navet and LSS camp. Your role includes, among other things:
- Managing financial administration, including invoice handling, coding, and periodization
- Responsible for direct procurements in purchasing, which means obtaining quotes and drawing up simple contracts in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Carrying out orders for office supplies, consumables, food, and other practical items, especially in preparation for planning days, primarily via the Agresso system.
- Responsible for staffing substitutes and managing the scheduling system Medvind.
- Participating in personnel administration, which includes handling employment contracts.
- Communicating with relatives, daily activities, and assistance coordinators regarding the short-term home’s service users.
- Occasionally working shifts in the operation to stay updated on service users' needs and routines.
- Supporting other staff in establishing and updating implementation plans.
- Having primary responsibility for reporting maintenance issues for the premises and receiving contractors and repair personnel.
Your qualifications and experience
Requirements for the position:
- Extensive experience in administrative work.
- Secondary school education.
- Qualified support assistant.
- Extensive experience in the LSS area.
- Good computer skills and ability to manage office software as well as invoicing, scheduling, and record-keeping programs.
- Experience with scheduling, personnel issues, and invoicing.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
You should have experience in providing excellent support to relatives and partners. Previous work in reception, customer service, or similar roles is advantageous.
Experience in a supervisory role is a plus.
You should have experience in working with development work based on a structured approach with clarifying pedagogy. Knowledge of and experience in handling challenging behavior, alternative
