About the position
As an administrator at the Guardianship Office, you will have a broad role with varied tasks. You will provide administrative and financial support to the unit and act as the hub of the operation.
The work involves documentation and record-keeping in the existing operational systems, as well as independently performing administrative tasks. You will carry out work based on several known courses of action, where the choice often requires your own judgment. Additionally, the tasks include elements of your own analyses, assessments, and actions within given frameworks.
Examples of tasks:
• Assess, register, and archive incoming documents
• Manage invoices and orders
• Respond to inquiries from authorities and citizens
• Handle registers
• Be responsible for physical archives
• Scan physical documents
About the workplace
The Guardianship Office is part of the municipal management administration, and the workplace is located on Ribbingsgatan near the Travel Center. We have about 20 employees working as guardianship case handlers, specialists, and managers. You will be welcomed by a wonderful team that is helpful and enjoys their work.

Qualifications
To be a suitable administrator with us, you need to be confident, stable, and able to prioritize and structure your work effectively. You work well with others, are attentive in your interactions, and thrive in a role where you help others.
As a workday can change quickly, you easily adapt to changing circumstances and see opportunities in changes. Furthermore, you have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written forms, and we also expect you to have good computer skills as the work involves using several different operational systems.

Requirements:
• Relevant upper secondary education
• Documented experience in administrative work
Meritorious:
• Experience in record-keeping or archiving
• Experience in registration in case and document management systems such as W3D3 or similar systems
• Experience working in public administration
• Experience in providing guidance over the phone
• Training as a certified registrar
