**JOB DESCRIPTION**
We are seeking a new administrator for our information team to strengthen staffing at our combined upper secondary school and adult education.
In your role, you will primarily staff the school's information/reception area, meaning you will be the first point of contact for students, guardians, learners, staff, and visitors. You will provide service, answer questions, manage information, and contribute to a well-functioning administrative everyday life. You will be part of a larger, competent administrative team.
The position is a fixed-term employment for approximately one year. The scope of the position is 50%, with working hours scheduled for mornings, Monday to Friday.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a strong sense of service and enjoys meeting new people.
- Has social competence and can communicate clearly and professionally in both spoken and written form.
- Is meticulous and can handle administrative routines and tasks accurately.
- Is punctual and reliable in time management.
- Has good digital skills and can work effectively in various administrative systems.
- Is willing to actively work on developing the role, including exploring how AI (Artificial Intelligence) can contribute to efficiency and improved service.
For this role, a completed upper secondary education is required, preferably in administration/economics or equivalent experience. You must have excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as the ability to manage various digital systems (please specify if you use, for example, Edlevo, Skola24, Teams, etc., otherwise "relevant systems for school administration and communication").
