Administrator for Large Company in Solna

We are now seeking a flexible and detail-oriented resource who wants to make a difference during an exciting and varied work period. We are looking for an Administrator for a full-time assignment with one of our customers – a well-established chain in the grocery retail sector with operations throughout Sweden. As an Administrator, you will be an important part of the team and work on everything from administration and statistics to supporting training initiatives. You will have the opportunity to learn about the business, take personal responsibility, and develop your skills in a dynamic environment. You will receive support from a competent team in an open and educational setting. Your main tasks will include: • Ongoing support for contract customers • Performing credit assessments of companies • Creating and updating company information, such as addresses and bonuses • Generating statistics for internal needs and for customers, e.g., sales and sustainability • Supporting colleagues during training initiatives • Managing other administrative tasks required for the role Start: January 7, 2026 - through June 2026 Scope: Full-time Location: Customer's office in Solna with potential for remote work after introduction Employment: You will be employed by StudentConsulting and work as a consultant for our customer. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR • Previous experience in administration or similar roles, preferably in the grocery retail sector • Good computer and system skills, preferably in Office 365 • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written • Ability to work independently and systematically • Detail-oriented and service-minded • To fit in with the customer, you are a positive, social, open, and ambitious team player full of drive and commitment Does this sound like a position for you?
