Who are we?
Oxelberg School is a parallel F-6 school located just outside the center of Norrköping. In our organization, we have 25 employees working with approximately 200 students.
We operate from a salutogenic and relational perspective, building trusting relationships with our students. At the school, we work in a low-arousal manner, focusing on the students' strengths and abilities while providing them with opportunities and space to develop.
The school has its own craft room, sports hall, and art room, and due to our geographical location, we also have access to a swimming pool, library, and other fun activities for the students.
We are now looking for a 50% administrator who wants to help complete our team!
Your responsibilities
As an administrator with us, you will have an important and varied role.
You will provide close support to the principal in areas such as student, staff, finance, information, and authority administration.
Your duties will also include managing student administration, such as registering students, placements, grades, and other student results. You will be responsible for, among other things, record-keeping, registration, and archiving.
You will also handle invoices, make accounting entries, purchases, and orders through our financial system Raindance.
Additionally, you will manage tasks related to staffing, such as booking substitutes and administration related to the same in the existing IT system.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with at least a high school diploma. We prefer that you have training in the administrative field.
Experience in qualified administrative work is required, preferably within a school or municipal setting.
You have good IT skills and find it easy to learn different systems.
We appreciate experience working with some of our commonly used systems such as IST, Skola24, Heroma, Raindance, and Public 360.
Experience in record-keeping and substitute procurement and staffing is viewed positively.
As a person, you are positive and solution-focused.
You enjoy challenges and can easily adapt to new situations and ways of working.
You have the ability to work independently and plan ahead to achieve set goals.
You also thrive in collaboration with others and possess a high degree of social competence.
You have good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.
