Main Responsibilities
As an administrator, you will be part of the unit leadership and play a central role in supporting managers and daily operations. You will contribute to planning, coordination, and follow-up of various processes, ensuring administrative routines run smoothly and efficiently.
You will:
• Coordinate and follow up on leadership and staff meetings.
• Handle documentation, record-keeping, and basic financial tasks.
• Assist with activity, travel, and event planning.
• Prepare and quality assure documentation, minutes, and reports.
• Serve as a contact point for internal and external stakeholders.
The role requires the ability to create structure, see the big picture, and contribute to a positive collaborative environment. You will become an important part of the unit leadership with numerous organizational touchpoints.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
• Several years of experience in qualified administrative work.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

ADDITIONAL MERITS
• Experience working in government agencies, preferably the Swedish Armed Forces.
• Experience with document or case management.
• Familiarity with SharePoint and planning or coordination in large organizations.
• Experience with financial or operational support tasks.
• Experience with SAP (priority).

Additional Information
Employment Type: Permanent. The Swedish Armed Forces applies a six-month probationary period for those not already employed by the agency.
