On behalf of our client, we are looking for an administrator for a consulting assignment with an immediate start. In the role of administrator, your daily tasks will include answering phone calls and responding to emails, primarily from customers but also from suppliers. You will also be the company's face to the outside world as you welcome visitors and drivers in their reception area. A large part of the administrative processes takes place in their ERP system, where you will set up new customer relationships based on orders from the company's sales team and create invoicing documentation. The role involves a variety of administrative tasks that support daily operations and contribute to efficiency. Our clientâs office is located in KolbĂ€ck, VĂ€sterĂ„s, where you are expected to work on-site. We are looking for someone who can start immediately, with the assignment being long-term and good chances for direct recruitment to our client.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In the role of administrator, you will work with:
* Being a central contact point by managing incoming calls and emails
* Welcoming and assisting visiting customers, drop-off personnel, and drivers in the reception
* Weighing in and out deliveries and managing notifications
* Registering new customer relationships on behalf of sales staff
* Creating and quality-assuring invoicing documentation
* Continuously working in the ERP system for customer setups, weighing, and invoicing
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has previous experience in administration, front office, or helpdesk
- Is computer literate and has worked in ERP systems or similar
- Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Has a B driver's license and access to a car
