Your new job

As an administrator at Bravida, you will support your department with administrative and finance-related tasks. You will belong to our Ventilation and Automation Department but will be the responsible administrator for the three operations (branches) of the Ventilation Department. You will function largely as the spider in the web. You will have daily contact with your colleagues and work closely with project and service leaders, the Department Manager, and Branch Managers. In addition to this collaboration, you will have daily contact with Bravida's customers to manage various financial matters.
Your tasks will include, among others:
• Managing invoicing and customer reconciliations
• Compiling and verifying progress in internal collaboration projects, including monthly invoicing
• Conducting ongoing financial analyses, project forecasts, and reports
• Supporting our managers with HR administrative tasks
• Administering orders for items such as work clothes, office supplies, IT access, and mobile phones, etc.
• Registering, archiving, and disposing of documents in accordance with GDPR, other applicable guidelines, and routines
• Supporting employees with tasks such as registering time reports, managing IT systems, and mobile apps related to daily work
• Being responsible for other administrative tasks, such as compiling sick leave statistics and managing the personnel administrative system
• Supporting managers and leaders regarding finance and administration in projects/assignments
You will have an administrative colleague who belongs to the same department and sits in the same building as you. You will collaborate on many issues and be able to assist each other. There will also be a person who will be part of your introduction, which will include several training sessions based on your role and tailored to your previous experiences.
We are looking for someone who
Has an education in finance and previous experience in administrative work. You are service-oriented and responsible for executing each task with high quality and precision. You are flexible, possess high personal maturity, integrity, and a good ability to take initiative. Interacting with others in a pleasant and professional manner comes naturally to you.
Requirements:
• Education in finance at least at the high school level
• Experience in administrative work
• Good computer and system skills, particularly within the Office suite with a focus on Excel
• Holds a valid B driver's license
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, as our daily operations are conducted in Swedish
• Good knowledge of English, as this is Bravida's corporate language
Meritorious:
• Experience in the industry
• Familiarity with the systems Handyman, Agda, SharePoint, and Agresso
• Strong IT skills, including knowledge of mobile devices, apps, and platforms
