The position of Administrator is located at the Björkliden elderly care facility in Vislanda, but you will also work with the unit manager for the Nutrition Unit.
Both operations share a common focus: to provide people with the support they need — in daily life as well as in meal situations.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As an Administrator, you will work closely with the unit manager for both Björkliden and the Nutrition Unit and will be responsible for the administrative tasks associated with each operation.
Your responsibilities include, among other things:
• Payroll and invoice management, as well as responsibility for orders and purchases.
• Reception and customer service, where you are an important contact point for users, relatives, and visitors.
• Personnel administration, such as onboarding new employees and some tasks related to staffing and schedule planning.
• System administration, including managing and assigning permissions and roles in the operations’ systems such as logins, phones, passwords, and key fobs.
• Other administrative tasks may arise based on the support needed by managers.
Working hours are scheduled during daytime on weekdays without holidays. The position is based at Björkliden in Alvesta, but travel to other units within the municipality may occur.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with at least a high school education and work experience in finance or payroll administration. You are an experienced user of the Microsoft Office Suite, possess good computer skills, and have experience working with personnel and financial systems.
Other requirements:
• Language: Excellent proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, as the role involves many points of contact and requires clear documentation.
• Driver's license: Class B.
