We are looking for an administrator for the staffing unit at the Department of Children and Education in Hässleholm Municipality and welcome you to become part of our cheerful team.
We are four administrators and one unit manager working together to provide the municipality's preschools with substitutes during absences and planned leave. We are located in pleasant offices at Havremagasinet in Hässleholm.
The staffing unit works with:
- Receiving and managing requests for substitutes from staff and principals.
- Booking substitutes through our staffing system.
- Collaboratively solving requests in the best possible way.
- Maintaining ongoing contact with substitutes, preschools, and principals.
- Recruiting substitutes and introducing them to Medvind.
- Following up on how substitutes perform in the operations.
- Ensuring that staffing complies with applicable routines, laws, and collective agreements.
- Contributing to the development of work methods and routines within the staffing unit.

Who are you?
We are looking for someone with at least a high school education in administration, human resources, or another equivalent field. You have excellent computer skills and preferably experience in personnel staffing.
To succeed in this role, you need to thrive in a fast-paced environment where service is central. You have good organizational skills and can manage multiple concurrent tasks. We place great emphasis on your ability to work solution-focused and see holistic solutions, both independently and collaboratively with your colleagues. We also expect you to be proactive in the development of the staffing unit, bringing your own suggestions and ideas. To build good relationships and create trust, you need to be communicative and able to collaborate easily. You communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written.
