The Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (BUP) in Lund/Eslöv has over 100 employees and consists of three outpatient clinics, two of which are located in Lund. At these clinics, assessments, treatments, and neuropsychiatric evaluations are conducted. BUP in Lund serves children and adolescents up to 18 years old and their families in eight municipalities. The area also includes a middle care clinic and a unit for deaf psychiatry.
We are currently in an exciting development phase, focusing on well-structured standardized processes and innovative technical-digital solutions. Our development initiative stems from our desire to offer children and adolescents good psychiatric care and to collaborate constructively with our partners. We are also committed to supporting the entire family when needed.
We aim to achieve development through a stepwise approach to both assessments and treatments, as well as continued work on our standardized care processes. By implementing more modern and efficient working methods, we hope to assist more children and adolescents who require our services. Refining and improving our care processes and routines is essential for us, where decision-making paths are relatively short and swift. We take responsibility, support each other, and work together. JOB DESCRIPTION
We are now looking forward to welcoming an administrator to our team.
In the role of administrator at the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Department in Lund, you will be the face of our organization, and it is you whom our patients will meet when they visit or call us. Your responsibilities will include documentation, registrations, and patient bookings. Additionally, tasks such as invoicing and ordering in Raindance, as well as quality assurance in Qlickview, may also be part of your duties. Within the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (BUP), we work with PASiS, Melior, and Vårdguiden 1177. You will serve the entire Lund/Eslöv area but will be based in Lund. There may be opportunities for flexible working arrangements upon agreement with the unit manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who has completed upper secondary education, preferably with a focus on administration. The position requires administrative experience, computer skills, and familiarity with the systems to be used, namely Melior, PASiS, and Vårdguiden 1177. Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is also required. It is an advantage if you have either work experience or further education in the healthcare field.

You are responsible and can easily adapt to changing circumstances. The administration also includes vision, hearing, and deaf services, as well as youth clinics in Skåne.
