Your New Position This is a recruitment for our long-standing client Teledyne FLIR in Täby. Teledyne FLIR is now seeking an administrator for its service and support department. You are offered an exciting and engaging assignment in a high-tech environment, with excellent facilities and fantastic colleagues. As an administrator, you will help customers in the process of preparing the documents needed to send products for service. You will be involved in the entire process from the first customer contact until the product is returned to the customer. The work is largely done via email and tickets in the SAP case management system, with approximately 90% of communication in English. You will handle inquiries both internally within the team and with external customers. Although much of the work is done independently, you are never alone - within the department's team, you help each other! Working hours are during the day, and your work will primarily be on-site. Your Background You have a high school diploma, with post-secondary education being meritorious. It would be fantastic if you have worked with SAP for a few years, preferably with a background in SAP Customer Service. Experience with other major ERP systems is highly meritorious. Customer contact experience is crucial. It is an advantage if you have worked in an organization with many and relatively complex flows, both internally and externally. You speak Swedish and good English. Your Personal Profile The person we are seeking knows they are service-oriented and can juggle multiple tasks. You enjoy providing customer service, are interested in improvement work, and can give and receive help in your work. Furthermore, you are cheerful, structured, detail-oriented, engaged, and responsible. Working independently is not a problem for you. For this position, you need to be able to speak, read, and write in Swedish & English. Previous experience with the ERP system SAP is an advantage but not a requirement.
