We are seeking a structured and committed administrator for our team. You will have a central role in our organization and work on tasks ranging from staff scheduling to finance and office routines.
Your primary responsibilities:
• Manage staff and resource scheduling
• Ongoing bookkeeping, invoice handling, and basic financial follow-ups
• Office administration: managing emails, phone calls, orders, and documentation
• Support the organization with personnel-related tasks
We are looking for someone who:
• Has previous experience with scheduling (preferably in systems like Microsoft 365, Quinyx, or similar)
• Is comfortable with bookkeeping and has worked in an accounting system (e.g., Fortnox, Visma, Bokio)
• Has good computer skills, especially in Excel
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and enjoys multitasking
• Communicates fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
Meriting qualifications:
• Previous experience in personnel administration
• Education in finance, administration, or equivalent
