Your new role
We are looking for someone who wants to be part of driving the startup phase of new advertising agreements within one of Sweden's largest public transport organizations. As an Administrator for Advertising Agreements, you will play a key role in creating order, structure, and progress as the future advertising spaces within public transport are implemented. You will work in an environment with many stakeholders and serve as a coordinator and support in contract-related projects. This role is suitable for you if you are communicative, solution-oriented, and enjoy having multiple points of contact.
Examples of tasks:
- Update project and timeline plans related to advertising agreements.
- Coordinate activities between internal functions and external suppliers.
- Establish and implement routines and processes within the contract area.
- Document management, follow-ups, and systematic reporting.
- Contribute to ensuring contract initiation according to the timeline and agreed commitments.

To be successful in this role, you need:
• Post-secondary education in economics and/or administration.
• At least 3 years of experience in administrative roles within organizations with multiple stakeholders.
• At least 2 assignments providing administrative project support with deadlines, documentation, and reporting.
• Desirable: Experience in contract compliance in business-related contexts.
• Desirable: Experience from the public sector.
