Promote Customer Success consists of a friendly group of driven individuals with a finger on the pulse of every other department at Promote International. In addition to helping our customers with program design and platform usage solutions, we are also an internal support function with close collaboration with the development team, sales, marketing department, and our own consultants. About the Role In this role, you will combine creative creation with structure and service. You will be responsible for developing, creating, and maintaining course materials for our training programs, as well as supporting our sales and marketing departments with materials for quotes, presentations, and other sales-supporting content. Additionally, you will play an important role in course administration for selected customers. To thrive in the role, you need to be organized, structured, and service-minded, while also having an eye for color and design. Since we produce materials in Adobe InDesign, experience with Creative Cloud is a prerequisite. Main Responsibilities • Develop, create, and maintain course materials for our external training programs. • Support sales and marketing departments with materials for quotes, presentations, and campaigns. • Ensure all materials maintain high visual quality. • Administer courses for selected customers. • Provide customer service and support via email. • Have fun along the way! We Are Looking for Someone Who... • Has experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign. • Is organized, structured, and has a good sense of color and design. • Is service-minded and enjoys collaborating both internally and externally. • Can switch between different types of tasks – from creative creation to administration. Qualifications • Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written • Proficient user of Adobe InDesign • High digital competence and interest in working with various systems and tools • Experience in customer support and customer relations • Proficient user of Office package • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Meriting Factors • Experience in the education industry • Experience with pre-sales support • Experience with administration Does the Role Feel Right for You?
