KABE Group is seeking a service-oriented administrator with financial knowledge
In preparation for an upcoming replacement, we are now looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual who wants to work in a combined role within administration, finance, and reception. With us, you will become an important part of the organization – both in the daily flow and in interactions with our visitors.
About the role
As an administrator with reception duties, you will have a varied and central role in the organization. You will handle ongoing administrative and financial tasks while also serving as the company’s face in our reception.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Managing incoming supplier invoices in Medius, including matching against deliveries in the warehouse
- Administrative tasks and system management in Medius
- Handling intrastat reporting (imports and exports within the EU)
- Reception duties, such as welcoming visitors, answering incoming phone calls, and managing ongoing service requests
- Other administrative tasks related to office services and internal support
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who has:
- Basic knowledge of accounting and VAT
- Experience working in Medius is highly advantageous
- Strong administrative skills and a structured approach to work
- The ability to work independently while enjoying a service-oriented role
- A professional and positive demeanor when interacting with colleagues, customers, and suppliers

Moving forward
KABE applies a 6-month probationary period, and the position is permanent and full-time. The location is at our headquarters in Tenhult, and we will not be able to offer remote work.
