About this role

We are now seeking two planners with experience in scheduling within the Support Services Administration, Northeast Area. In the Northeast urban area, five planners work on schedule planning and efficient resource utilization for various types of operations. The planner position involves independent work while becoming an important part of our collaborative team where we support each other. We primarily work with Special Housing Services and Daily Activities. In the future, additional operation types may be added. Currently, we handle scheduling for a total of 75 units. We are located in premises at Angereds Torg, working in open-plan office environments. Your key responsibilities will include finalizing schedules in Time Care Planning based on the scheduling process, ensuring the staffing requirements of the operation are met. The work is grounded in ensuring compliance with applicable laws and agreements, while maintaining staff influence through dialogue with the unit manager. The work requires us to be principled with key points and deadlines, while simultaneously understanding the many dynamic elements and constantly changing needs of operations, which demands that we remain flexible within the framework and quickly respond to changes. The work also involves participating in follow-ups and continuously working to improve work methods and develop the organization to maintain high-quality scheduling. We appreciate candidates who understand the needs of individuals with disabilities and have insight into how employee assignments impact schedule planning. Our administration generally, and scheduling work specifically, is on a development journey, and your tasks may change in line with this journey towards a more efficient organization to meet welfare challenges. Does this sound interesting? Welcome to apply! Qualifications We are seeking candidates with a completed high school education and good computer skills. You have experience in administrative work, with a particular focus on scheduling. Very good Swedish language skills in speech and writing are required; you need to have passed Swedish 1 or Swedish as a Second Language 1. Candidates who do not meet the Swedish language qualifications may be offered a language test through the Educateit testing platform. Experience with the Time Care Planning scheduling tool is mandatory. Additional merits include knowledge of relevant laws and agreements related to scheduling and previous experience with scheduling in 24/7 operations. A high school or post-secondary education with an administrative focus is considered an advantage. Experience in direct work with users in the disability support area is also meritorious. To succeed in the planner role, we seek someone who can quickly adapt their perspective and approach, seeing opportunities rather than obstacles. You should understand the collective mission and work for the benefit of the whole. You must have the courage and independence to make decisions within your assignment's framework. You plan, organize, and prioritize work in a structured and efficient manner, ensuring tasks are completed on time and following up on results. Other Information Selection and interviews will begin during the application period. In this recruitment, you will be asked to answer several questions describing your knowledge in the area instead of submitting a personal letter.
