ABOUT THE ROLE
As an administrator & coordinator, you will be a crucial support function in an exciting international project with a tariff focus, working closely with the project manager. Your role involves creating order and overview. This means you will be responsible for basic data management – processing, quality assurance, and administration of large data sets, primarily in Excel. Through your meticulous work, this raw data will be transformed into clear and user-friendly Power BI reports, providing project management with the decision-making basis they need.
You will also be a valuable support in daily operations by handling various ad hoc tasks. Overall, you will ensure a smooth and efficient process. We appreciate an unpretentious approach to work and value flexibility and adaptability to new challenges.
The assignment spans 6 months with an immediate start desired. You will have flexible working hours (8-17) and are expected to work at the office in Stockholm. In this role, you will also have the chance to work in a dynamic and international environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Administer and coordinate daily tasks
* Manage and structure manual data in Excel sheets
* Actively handle and resolve various ad hoc tasks
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO
- Has previously worked in an administrative or coordinating role
- Is highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to quickly understand and handle data
- Has excellent English skills, both spoken and written
- Is very precise and detail-oriented in their work
