We are looking for an Administrator / Inspection Coordinator who wants to work closely with both internal teams and external suppliers within a technical operation related to gas turbines and associated products. About the position In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and administering various types of system and component inspections at suppliers. The work is both practical and theoretical and involves daily contact with several departments, inspectors, and external parties. You will play a central role in ensuring quality, documentation, and efficient workflow in the projects. Your main responsibilities • Plan and coordinate system and component inspections at suppliers • Update and follow up on inspection plans and schedules • Resource plan and allocate inspectors in close collaboration with other departments • Monitor inspection status and ensure that the right competencies are in place • Collect, distribute, and archive inspection reports • Administer deviations and "punch items" and follow up on their status • Support the project organization with administrative tasks related to inspections and reporting Who are you? We are looking for someone with a technical interest and preferably previous experience in a coordinating role. You thrive in an environment where you need to be meticulous, structured, and service-oriented. You work independently, are accustomed to many points of contact, and find it easy to communicate with both internal and external parties.
