About the Assignment
We are seeking an Administrator/Internal Services professional for our client in Upplands-Bro for a full-time consulting assignment via Bemannia. The assignment is expected to start immediately and continue through 10/31/2026, with potential for permanent employment.
Your Responsibilities
You will support department and unit managers in planning and follow-up of operations and be an important part of the urban planning office's staff. The role involves maintaining order, creating structure, and contributing to smooth workflow. You will also handle the following tasks:
• Plan, follow up, and compile documentation for management
• Monitor reports, contracts, and official documents
• Develop and update templates and decision support materials
• Collaborate with controllers, communicators, contact center, secretariat, and other support functions
• Support management before and during meetings and participate in preparations with political leadership
Your Qualifications
• Minimum three-year college or university degree
• At least 3 years of continuous work experience in management support and administration within the public sector
• Experienced in handling various system supports that manage work and decision flows in an organization, such as operational planning, internal ordering, procurement flows, and/or political decision processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish
• Proficient in creating documents, templates, and presentations in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
