Description
We are now seeking someone who wants to support our administrators in special housing for approximately four months.
The placement is at Stångenäshemmet, centrally located in Brastad. It consists of four units with a total of 43 residential spaces.
Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a person who is stimulated by working with continuous improvements and wants to contribute to the development of our operations. You need to have an understanding of the operations and the ability to work from a holistic perspective. A methodical and structured approach with a focus on details are other important aspects you should master.
The role of administrator in special housing involves working with scheduling, daily contact with staff at the units, assisting the unit manager with purchases, orders, invoice management, updating routines, compilations, bookings, etc.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you should have experience as an administrator/coordinator and preferably experience in healthcare and social care.
Further requirements include very good knowledge of scheduling and good knowledge of financial matters and statistics.
You must have the ability to collaborate and communicate with colleagues and maintain a professional approach. As an administrator/coordinator, you are often the external contact for our operations, which requires good interpersonal skills, attentiveness, and empathy. You will take significant responsibility for your tasks, be able to work independently, and also be a good team player.
In our operations, situations can change quickly, requiring you to adapt easily and manage potential stress. We desire that you have a positive attitude towards work and act in accordance with established decisions.
Very good Swedish language skills and the ability to express yourself well verbally and in writing.
Additional merit if you have good knowledge of Heroma and Combine.
Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
