Frösåkersskolan is a 4-9 school with approximately 520 students. We work to make the school a place where both students and staff want to be. We are now seeking a structured and service-oriented administrator who wants to be part of our positive and engaged team.

As a school administrator with us, you will be a close administrative support to the principals. You will also work closely with teachers and students, providing support in various matters.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As an administrator at Frösåkersskolan, you have a central and significant role. You are an administrative support to the principals and an important support for staff, students, and guardians. You contribute to ensuring the school's daily operations run smoothly and communication flows seamlessly.
The role is varied, involving both independent tasks and close collaboration with others. You are often the person many turn to - therefore, you need to enjoy providing good service and managing multiple parallel processes.
The role includes, among other things:
• Personnel administration: absence reporting, payroll follow-up, schedules, new hires, and introduction of new substitutes
• Daily substitute acquisition together with colleagues
• Invoice handling, attestation, budget follow-up, and purchasing
• Management of grades, national tests, and student administration in Edlevo
• Internal and external communication via Teams and Unikum
• Archiving and record-keeping
• Participation in the school's crisis organization
• IT issues and contacts with central functions
QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking someone with relevant education and experience in similar administrative assignments. You have excellent ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and you have good IT skills - especially in the Office suite. Experience with systems such as Edlevo, Skola24, Teams, Unikum, Personec P, and Raindance is meritorious, as is experience working in a politically governed organization.
As a person, you are structured, detail-oriented, and service-minded. You enjoy responsibility and drive your work forward independently. You easily create good relationships and enjoy collaborating with both colleagues and students. Your personal suitability is important - we are looking for someone with a positive attitude, a solution-focused approach, and a desire to contribute to a good work environment.
