About the Job:
We are looking for a meticulous and organized Administrator who wants to be an integral part of our construction and renovation team. You will support team leaders and projects through administrative tasks and ensure that our operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with material orders and documentation for clients
• Support team leaders with planning and coordination
• Invoicing and follow-up of financial documents
• Administer and manage the Bygglet program
• Other administrative tasks within the construction and renovation sector
Qualifications:
• Experience in administrative tasks, preferably within the construction industry
• Proficient in computer skills and experience with administrative systems
• Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Service-oriented and solution-focused
