Role and Responsibilities
Are you a meticulous, proactive, and engaged individual who enjoys working in a team and wants to be a vital cog in a larger machinery? As an Administrator within Motion Service - Motors & Generators, you will become a key person in our operations. You will handle order management and invoicing while contributing to the development of our processes and driving improvement initiatives. In close dialogue with the technical and workshop manager, planners, service engineers, and contract leaders, you will ensure that our administrative flows operate smoothly – from registration to invoicing and follow-up. This role suits you if you enjoy responsibility, want to take initiative, and thrive in an organization where both people and technology are at the center.
Your main tasks will include:
• Registering orders and following up on and compiling forecasts
• Conducting order inventory reviews
• Preparing invoicing documentation (time and materials) for billing
• Managing the procurement of materials for both orders and the department
Your Background
• An education in finance or a related field – or equivalent experience that we deem comparable
• A social and curious demeanor, with the drive and desire to develop in your role
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and stand firm in a role where you are expected to take responsibility
• A flexible attitude, good collaboration skills, and enjoyment of a job that offers variety
• A good sense of structure, with the ability to prioritize in daily tasks
• An organized mindset necessary to maintain administrative flows
• Experience working with systems such as MS Office, SAP, QlikView, and Teams is advantageous
