Responsibilities
As an administrator, your work involves tracking time and costs across different projects.
This generally means monitoring office activities, expected delivery times, and maintaining cost control.
You will have access to various system supports such as Primavera, Procedo, and SAP.
This role involves extensive contact with project managers and other involved parties to obtain necessary information.
The work aims to ensure that timelines are met and investment costs are accurate.
The work may involve some minute-taking, for which previous experience is preferred.
Qualifications
For this assignment, we are seeking someone with experience in similar administrative tasks. You have excellent computer skills, particularly in Excel and the Office suite.
We prefer candidates with experience working in SAP/R3, and experience with project tracking systems and IT applications is highly meritorious.
A university degree in Industrial Engineering is very advantageous.
Previous experience in minute-taking is required. The work demands great precision and a high-quality mindset.
You have strong communication skills, proactiveness, and the ability to see the big picture.
A security check and drug test will be conducted prior to employment.
