Adecco's Client Emplicure Consumer Seeks an Experienced Technical Process Operator

Then the process operator position at Emplicure Consumer AB in Uppsala might be right for you! About the Position Emplicure Consumer AB is in an exciting phase where the manufacturing of consumer nicotine products, such as "White Snus", is being scaled up. We are now seeking a process operator with a technical background who wants to be part of this journey – and who has the opportunity to develop towards a service technician role. This gives you the chance to broaden your skills and take on greater responsibility for machine maintenance and technical improvements. You will work with manufacturing the powder base for nicotine pouches, which includes weighing, granulation, sieving, and mixing. We are now expanding the process to include pouch filling and further packaging of finished products, which means you will become part of a more complete production chain. All manufacturing is food-grade classified. This is a direct recruitment via Adecco, which means you will be employed directly by Emplicure Consumer AB. The position starts with a probationary period and has good opportunities for continued employment. Work hours are initially daytime Monday to Friday but may transition to 2-shift work. Therefore, we prefer that you are flexible with working hours. Start: immediately. About You We are seeking someone with experience in process industry, preferably in pharmaceuticals or food, who has worked according to GMP or in clean room environments. You have a technical background – for example from technical education or practical experience in production technology – and an interest in developing within technology and improvement work. The possibility of eventually taking a step towards a service technician role should feel motivating to you.
