AD Technician

Job Description We are looking for an experienced AD Technician who wants to work with the operation and management of identity and directory services in a complex Microsoft-based environment. In this role, you will be part of a specialist team responsible for the platforms AD, MIM, ADFS, and Entra ID, with a focus on high availability, security, and stability. Responsibilities • Responsible for daily operations, administration, and further development of Microsoft Windows Server Active Directory. • Work with the management, configuration, and troubleshooting of Entra ID (formerly Azure AD). • Handle daily issues, change requests, and follow up on incidents related to identity and directory services. • Participate in the installation, configuration, and optimization of the platforms AD, MIM, ADFS, and related components. • Conduct market monitoring and contribute recommendations for improvements and new solutions. • Collaborate with other technical teams to ensure a stable and secure platform environment. Requirements • At least three years of experience, within the last seven years, in administration, daily operations, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Windows Server Active Directory (AD) 2016 or higher. • At least three years of experience, within the last seven years, in administration, daily operations, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Entra ID (formerly Azure AD). Desirable • At least one year of experience, within the last five years, in daily operations, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of MIM. • At least one year of experience, within the last five years, in daily operations, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of ADFS. • Experience working according to ITIL v3 processes.
