How you will make a difference with us
As Director of Vimla, you will have overall responsibility for the entire Vimla – from strategy and business development to culture and daily operations. You will lead Vimla's management team and ensure that we achieve our goals, develop our offerings, and continue to be a role model in the industry. You will report to Telenor's CMO Consumer and be part of Telenor Consumer's management team, where you will contribute and challenge. The role involves:
• Setting and driving Vimla's vision, strategy, and business objectives
• Leading and coaching the management team and the entire organization
• Ensuring that Vimla continues to deliver a world-class customer experience
• Overall responsibility for PnL and business development
• Building and developing Vimla's culture and work environment
• Representing Vimla internally and externally, and collaborating closely with Telenor Sweden
You are a key person in shaping Vimla's future and creating engagement, clarity, and direction for the entire team.
Are you the one we are looking for?

You have the ability to see the big picture, make decisions, and create clarity even in times of change. You have a strong customer and business focus, and are driven by creating value for customers, employees, and the company. You likely have:
• Several years of experience in leadership roles
• Proven experience in leading and driving change initiatives
• A good understanding of digital businesses and services
• A communicative, inclusive, and values-driven leadership style
